THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. CONTRACTOR AGREES TO PROVIDE AND CUSTOMER AGREES TO ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT.

Rules and Liability
To receive the maximum benefit of Robinson Waste disposal and to protect public health and welfare, the under signed agrees to abide by the following rules and accept the terms and conditions as stated.

PERMITS I understand that in the event that the container(s) is placed at your request on any public access or street, I am responsible for obtaining prior approval from any governmental agency and for placing barricades and other protective devices around the container(s) to further provide adequate traffic control for servicing, delivery, removal, etc. I agree to pay a relocation fee if a relocation of the container is required *

I understand

PLACEMENT OF CONTAINER I understand that Robinson Waste employees make every effort to place the container(s) in the best location at the job site. However, the drivers must be allowed to make a final judgment call of container(s) placement due to safety concerns, such as low hanging wires, trees, curbs, etc. Container(s) should be placed on level, solid ground. You must provide clear access to placement location requested for delivery or clear access to container(s) when haul is ordered. If we are unable to access your location or container(s) when service is requested, a trip fee may be charged. *

I understand

I understand that having a container placed in my driveway or at any location may cause damage to asphalt, concrete, or any other surface material. If placed on grass objects such as sprinkler heads, lines or boxes, water/sewer valve covers or any other object above or below ground at the agreed upon location, may also be damaged during the normal operation of the haul. Damage may be caused by the container and the weight of its contents, or by the weight of the truck while servicing the properties on asphalt or concrete. I hereby release Robinson Waste Services from all liability set forth and accept responsibility for any damage caused by the container(s) and truck while servicing at the agreed upon location. *

I understand

I agree that I am responsible for loss or damage resulting from my handling of your container(s), except for normal wear and tear. Do not move or alter container without proper instruction and please take reasonable precautions to avoid some bending , breaking or damaging any parts of the container. I agree to use the container(s) only for its intended purpose. Our drivers will be happy to relocate container(s) for customers; however, respotting rates may apply. *

I understand

LOADING INSTRUCTIONS I will not load container with the following items: toxic, hazardous, flammable or explosive materials, asbestos, pesticides, herbicides, solvents, chemicals, paints, motor oil, gasoline, freon, human waste, tires, batteries, barrels, or materials not environmentally sound for disposal at a sanitary landfill. Violators will be prosecuted and will pay all fees and or fines incurred. * I also understand that there will be an additional charge for mattresses, tires and freon disposal.

I undertand

I understand that the weight in the roll-off container is not to exceed 10 tons or 20,000 lbs. An excess weight charge may be billed and appear on your invoice immediately below the haul for which the over weight occurred. You are responsible for all overweight tickets and fines and you may have to offload the material. Example: 1 cubic yard of dirt, rock, asphalt or concrete = 1.5 tons. If you are quoted a flat rate with included tonnage, you will be billed for any overage that is not included in your flat rate. Your container may not be hauled if deemed unsafe by the driver.

I understand that I must contact Robinson Waste Services to have my container removed. An estimated pickup date is not acceptable. You must provide a definitive pickup date for the container. Otherwise, the container will remain on site and you may accrue rental charges. *

AGREEMENT I agree to pay costs in accordance with the payment terms of our invoice and services listed in the email containing the service confirmation. Cost adjustments may be agreed to verbally, in writing, or by your actions. We will give you written notice of fee adjustments. We reserve the right to charge a late fee no greater than that allowed by law. In the event of a breach of this agreement by either party, the breaching party shall pay all reasonable attorney’s fees, collection fees and costs of the other party, incident to any action brought to enforce this agreement. *
